2 cups ketchup
4 teaspoons dry mustard
1/1/2 pork spareribs
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
In a large bowl, ketchup, water, salt, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard. Split ribs down the center between the bones.
Cut the ribs one by one between the bones., and place them on a single layer , pour the sauce over the ribs and cover with silver foil. You can let the ribs to be marinated for a couple of hours or you can just put them into the oven
Preheat your oven to 180°c and bake for about 2 hours, check your ribs after 1 1/2 hour to see if there is enough sauce, remove the foil, and allow them to roast a bit.
Serve the BBQ ribs with some rice or potatoes and salad.

An easier way to do the BBQ ribs is to buy your favorite sauce, mix it with some water, pour it over the ribs, ( just to cover ) cover again with foil and just cook in the oven.
