Peach & Raspberry Crumble
What do we need.
2/3 of a cup of plain wholemeal flour.
3/4 of medium oatmeal
6 tbsp half-fat spread
1/4 of a cup of soft brown sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
400 gr can peach sliced.
1 1/2 cup of Raspberries
2 tbsp of honey
How do we prepare it ???
In a bowl we mix together the flour and the oatmeal
Rub in the halF-fat spread until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs and stir in the sugar and cinnamon.
Drain the peaches and reserve the juice.
Chop the peaches ( roughly ) and put them in an ovenproof dish, then scatter over the raspberries.
mix together the honey and the peach juice and pour over the fruit.
Spoon the crumble mixture over the fruits and press down lightly.
Preheat the oven to 180 dg. celcium
Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.
You can also use other combination of fruits.
